Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If a product does not meet your expectations or has a defect, you may request an exchange or return under the following conditions.
Return period
You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange or return.
Conditions for exchange and return
- Product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging
- State the reason for the return when contacting us
- Used or customer-damaged products are not eligible for return
Return procedure
Contact us by phone or WhatsApp within the return period, providing your order number and the reason for the return. We will arrange pick-up and send a replacement or process a refund.
Return shipping costs
If the product has a defect, we cover return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds
Since all orders are paid cash on delivery, refunds are made in cash upon product pick-up or by bank transfer, by mutual agreement.
