Confirming an order constitutes a sales contract between the store and the customer, governed by these terms of sale.

Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (DH), all taxes included. Delivery costs are shown at checkout and communicated before confirmation.

Payment is made exclusively in cash on delivery (COD). No electronic payment method is accepted at this time.

Your order is processed within 24 hours of phone confirmation. Shipment occurs within 1 to 2 business days after processing.

We work with reliable carriers in Morocco. Upon delivery, please check the product before signing the delivery slip.

The return and exchange policy is detailed on the dedicated page. Return period: 7 days from receipt.

In the event of a dispute, we favor amicable resolution through direct contact. This contract is subject to Moroccan law.
