Guest order — we only collect:
- Full name
- Phone number
- City and delivery address
No email or password is required. You can track your order with your phone number and order number.
Account creation — if you choose to sign up, we also collect:
- Phone number (login identifier)
- Password of your choice
- Full name
Your password is stored securely (encrypted) and is never displayed in plain text.
How we use your information
- Processing and confirming your order by phone or WhatsApp
- Coordinating delivery to your address
- Contacting you in case of an issue with your order
- If you have an account: order history, faster checkout, and delivery status notifications (if enabled)
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Data security
All orders are paid cash on delivery (COD) — we never store banking data or payment card information.
Data deletion
In accordance with applicable law and platform requirements (including Meta/Facebook), you may request deletion of your personal data at any time.
Without an account — contact us via the Contact page, WhatsApp or phone with your name, phone number and order number if possible. We delete data that is not required for our legal obligations (accounting, order in progress).
With an account — contact us the same way with your account phone number. We delete your account (login credentials, account-linked history, preferences and notification subscriptions). Order data may be retained in a limited or anonymized form where required by law.
We process your request within a maximum of 30 days and confirm by phone or WhatsApp.
